Is the cost of printing included?

No. Design service packages do not include the cost of printing. Printing cost are billed on a separate invoice and full payment is required before production begins.

How many digital proofs do I get?

Each design piece will receive up to three digital proofs. Additional proofs are available at $10 per additional proof per design piece.

Will I receive a press proof? 

No. Many vendors no longer provide press proofs. If you are concerned about color output from a vendor, a press proof can be setup to show the range of a vendors ink variations. However, this is no guarantee that the final product will be exactly as the press proof as digital color printing uses a toner mixtures instead of specific Pantone ink. 

My digital proof was correct but my printed product came in wrong. How do I request a replacement?

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If your digital proof was correct and the vendor printed your item correctly, I am happy to follow up with that vendor in requesting a reprint -or- refund.

I approved a digital proof that had incorrect information or a mistake. How do I request a replacement?

Unfortunately, mistakes can happen. The design would have to again be resubmitted for approval before resubmitting to the vendor for production. In the case that you have approved items for production that were incorrect, the cost for reprinting is the responsibility of the client and not the designer or production vendor.

What file formats will my digital files be provided to me?

Clients will receive all digital production-ready files in one of three formats (png, pdf, and jpg). Additional formats available upon request at no additional charge.

I purchased an editable social media template. How will I receive access to this file so that I can make edits and download my files?

All design templates will be available to Client as an editable CANVA template. To access your templates, a FREE CANVA account is required. Editable Adobe Illustrator vector templates available at additional cost.
